Requests received after that time and date will not be honored. All requests for credentials must go through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dirtcarmedia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DIRTcarMedia.com<\/a>. Please register and request your credential there. All requests should be submitted by a supervising editor, publisher or media representative.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"il\">Media<\/span>\u00a0members seeking\u00a0<span class=\"il\">credentials<\/span> for events at the World of Outlaws World Finals will be granted one of the below levels of access.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General admission only &#8211; grants general admission to grandstands and pit area.<\/li>\n<li>Media access &#8211; grants admission to grandstands, pit area, Media Center and infield.<\/li>\n<li>Photo access (with photo vest) &#8211; grants access to all areas covered above, as well as access to designated photographer zomes. DIRTcar photo vests must be checked out from the infield M<span class=\"il\">edia<\/span>\u00a0Center and returned on last day of coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Tower Pass &#8211; grants access to the VIP Media Suite in the control tower, along with general media access described above.\u00a0Note: only one media member from each participating media outlet will be granted this pass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon request approval, requesting editor and individual\u00a0<span class=\"il\">credential<\/span>\u00a0holders will be notified via email.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"il\">Media<\/span> members should be prepared to share their coverage of the World of Outlaws World Finals<span class=\"il\"> as soon as possible<\/span>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Photographers should upload photos to <a href=\"https:\/\/dirtcar.photoshelter.com\/index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dirtcar.photoshelter.com<\/a> throughout the day.<\/li>\n<li>Writers should provide digital links and\/or hard copies of stories as soon as they are published (in Media Center or to <span id=\"cloak51435\"><a href=\"mailto:ngraziano@dirtcar.com\">ngraziano@dirtcar.com<\/a>)<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"il\">Media<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Credential<\/span>\u00a0Request Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"il\">Media<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"il\">credentials<\/span>\u00a0will be issued only to recognized newspapers, news services, related trade publications, television \/ radio networks, websites, and local television \/ radio stations and must be requested by the editor or representative, sports editor or sports director. To be considered for\u00a0<span class=\"il\">credentials<\/span>, the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">media<\/span>\u00a0outlet must met the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TV\/Radio\/Newspapers must serve regional markets or individual track market directly; one-time exceptions may be made for special interest subjects.<\/li>\n<li>Trade\/Industry publications must be a site &#8220;of record&#8221; for the sport, or provide coverage of events with a minimum of regular results coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Annual publications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.<\/li>\n<li>All freelance\u00a0<span class=\"il\">media<\/span>\u00a0must be on assignment and\u00a0<span class=\"il\">credentials<\/span>\u00a0should be requested by assigning editor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All requests must be\u00a0submitted through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dirtcarmedia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DIRTcarMedia.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">All\u00a0<span class=\"il\">media<\/span>\u00a0requests must be submitted by the supervising editor \/ publisher and indicate the medium represented, tracks, the specific assignment, area of access required, and coverage date. Please include the email address and \/ or phone number for the person requesting\u00a0<span class=\"il\">credentials<\/span>. Proof of coverage (tear sheets, video tape, audio tape, high resolution photo disk, etc.) is required from all outlets. Event management reserves the right to use submitted material for future promotions.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Meeting\u00a0<span class=\"il\">credential<\/span>\u00a0requirements does not guarantee a\u00a0<span class=\"il\">credential<\/span>\u00a0will be issued. Event management reserves the right to deny any request.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Photographer access will be limited, and it is required that photographers wear reflective vests.
